How we work
The price is itemized the way the work is done. Fabrication is its own line; measurement and installation are quoted separately against the actual project, always. The direct schedule sits above the trade ladder on purpose — a contractor’s client who calls us directly pays at least 50% more, which is how a trade account keeps its markup safe while working with us.
Dates are the other half of the deal. A quote comes with a real date, and the date holds — on a price-competitive job the schedule is the differentiator, and we treat it that way.
