A professional field measurement of your space: dimensioned layout, piece dimensions, approximate square footage, openings, site conditions and requirements — documented in a report you keep. Purchasable with a fabrication order or entirely on its own. Some contractors measure themselves and just buy the cutting; either works.

Travel, stated up front
The first 25 one-way miles from our base are included — no charge, nothing to calculate. Past that it is $2 per mile with a $35 minimum, rounded up to the next $5. Over 80 one-way miles we confirm the trip personally before anything is booked. Travel is confirmed against the verified address — never estimated off a ZIP, never marked up, never multiplied for the round trip.
The visit produces a field report: dimensioned layout, piece dimensions, approximate SF, edge feet, sink and cooktop information, holes, seams, miters and waterfalls, backsplash, photos, access notes, cabinet readiness, install concerns — and a plain verdict: Ready, Not Ready, or Ready With Conditions.
