Four rungs, one rule: the better number is earned, not haggled. Delivered SF moves you up at the 90-day review — automatically, without asking twice. Rates render inside your account; the ladder itself is public because every account is on the same sheet.

Benefits are active while the account is current; a lapsed account reverts to Standard rates on new estimates — issued formal quotes keep their locked pricing forever. Measurement credits expire with their period and are enforced by ledger, not honor system. Travel is never discounted at any tier. Add-on and cutout prices never change with tier — that is what keeps the sheet honest. Custom Builder terms always carry an expiration and a review date.
Paid memberships are not open yet; delivered square footage is the way up today. The subscription route to the same rungs is built and switched off, and nothing about the ladder changes when it opens.
