Fabrication, priced by the cut.

We cut granite and quartz to your drawings. The price is itemized the way the work is done — fabrication on one line, every sink, seam and cutout on its own — so you can compare like for like against anybody.

Direct-client rates. Contractors and cabinet shops price on the trade ladder — open a trade account — and a direct client always pays at least 50% more than a trade account. That spread protects the contractor’s markup, and it is published on purpose.

The cutout prices are the same for every account at every tier — the headline rate is never propped up by inflated cutout charges. A fabricated miter includes its 45° cut; it is never billed as both.

02

What the price includes — and what it never does

“Fabrication is the price I’m quoting. Measurement and installation are available separately and I’ll quote them against the actual project — I don’t fold them into a square-foot number, because that’s how people end up surprised.”

The fabrication price never automatically includes: slabs or material, measurement, final templating, delivery, installation, demo or removal, disposal, plumbing, sink mounting, electrical, cabinet repair or leveling, backsplash installation, or jobsite modifications. Any of these appears only as a separate line on an approved quote — visible, apart, and priced against the actual project.

Marble, quartzite, cristallo, porcelain and exotic stone carry handling risk that changes the job. They are priced after drawing review — never guessed, never averaged in.

Need the slab as well? We buy through direct accounts with the region’s main stone suppliers — accounts that take years to open — and can supply the stone with the fabrication. Slab pricing is quoted per order, on the quote itself, never from a published list.

Water-cooled bridge saw and CNC edge profiling on machinery built for stone. Every job is walked before it is cut — dimensions against drawings, veining direction against the layout, cutouts against the manufacturer’s template.
