Installation · reviewed, never guessed
Installation available after project and jobsite review.
That sentence is the whole policy. Installation is never included in the fabrication price and never averaged into a square-foot rate — a third-floor walk-up with a waterfall island is not the same job as a ground-floor galley, and pretending otherwise is how people end up surprised. Send the conditions; the quote shows installation as its own line, apart from fabrication, so you see both numbers.
What actually sets the price
New construction or existing · demolition and removal · project size · access — stairs, elevator, floor, doorway widths, tight corners · carry distance · piece size and weight · crew requirement · cabinet and wall readiness · plumbing and electrical disconnect · disposal · distance from the shop · specialty pieces like waterfalls, mitered returns and on-site seams. Every one of those moves the number, which is why none of them gets averaged.
